It fits how you already report.

Real-time

transcribes as you speak

100%

on-device, your voice never leaves

  • RIS and PACS report fields
  • EHR and clinical text fields

If you can type into it, you can speak into it.

/ what it does

Dictation that behaves like hardware.

Software you forget is running, because it does exactly one thing and asks nothing of you after the day you bought it.

01 01

Buy it once. Own it for good.

No subscription. No seats. No per-word meter. One payment, the way you bought every other input device on your desk. After that, RadMyk is simply yours, the same price for a radiologist in any country.

02 02

Speak, and it is the report

Tuned on radiology language: anatomy, modalities, measurements, and the cadence of structured reporting. It keeps pace at full dictation speed.

03 03

Yours in any reading room

Dictation runs on your own machine. Reports never leave the room, and it keeps working when the network does not.

04 04

Drops into the keyboard's seat

Anywhere you can type, you can speak. No new PACS, no migration, no workflow surgery. RadMyk just types for you.

/ voice macros

Your normals, in three words.

Record a short trigger once, and RadMyk expands it into the full boilerplate - your phrasing, not a template we wrote. The lines you say a hundred times a week become the lines you say once.

You say

“normal chest x-ray”

RadMyk types

The lungs are clear. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Osseous structures are unremarkable.

You say

“ct no pe”

RadMyk types

No filling defect within the main, lobar, or segmental pulmonary arteries to suggest pulmonary embolism.

You say

“normal lumbar alignment”

RadMyk types

Vertebral body heights and alignment are maintained. No spondylolisthesis. Conus terminates at a normal level.

Illustrative examples - macros expand to whatever you record. Included in the one price.

/ the idea

Voice-to-text is a basic tool of the trade, not a premium you rent forever.

You own your keyboard, your mouse, and your mic. You bought each of them once. Dictation is the same kind of tool, so RadMyk is a one-time purchase, yours to keep.

rent it, every month, forever

own it, one payment, forever

/ the keyboard test

We held voice to one standard: would this be fair for a keyboard?

If it would be absurd to ask of the keys you type on, we refuse to ask it of the voice you speak with.

Question Keyboard RadMyk

Pay for it once?

One-time purchase.

Keeps working with no internet?

Runs on your machine.

No limit on how much you use it?

Speak all day.

Doesn't send your work to a server?

Stays in the room.

Monthly fee to keep it alive?

Never.

Same answers, top to bottom. That's the point.

/ privacy by design

Your reports are nobody's business.

Not a slogan - an architecture. Dictation runs on your machine, so privacy isn't a policy we promise, it's a place your data never leaves.

Audio is transcribed locally

Your voice is processed on your own machine. It is not sent to a server.

Your words are never uploaded

Dictated text - including anything clinical - is not uploaded, backed up, or synced by RadMyk. There is nothing for us to store, analyze, or train on.

No account, no tracking

No account is required for day-to-day dictation. Activation and resident verification are handled separately from report content. No tracking of keystrokes, clipboard, reports, audio, or dictated text.

Diagnostics are optional

One optional setting shares an anonymous install count and country - never report content. Off any time.

Fully offline after setup

Runs with no network connection, which suits locked-down and air-gapped hospital machines.

Webhooks are opt-in only

The one exception: if you deliberately configure a webhook, events go to the address you chose. Off by default, and you control it.

The full detail lives in Privacy and your data.

/ what radmyk is not

RadMyk is not a reporting platform and not clinical decision support. It does not interpret images, suggest findings, or make diagnoses - it converts your speech to text, locally, at your cursor. You review and sign your reports exactly as you always have. Accuracy depends on your microphone, accent, room noise, and calibration - which is why we publish the benchmark.

How much does RadMyk cost?

+

For the first 100 users, RadMyk is a one-time payment of $199, or ₹14,999 in India - after that, the price reverts to $299 (₹24,999). One license covers up to 2 devices with 1 active at a time. No subscription, no per-word billing, and future updates are included.

Is it really one payment with no subscription?

+

Yes. You buy RadMyk once and own that version. There is no monthly fee, no per-word charge, and no seat licensing that expires.

Do I get future updates and versions?

+

Yes. Your one-time purchase includes every update and every future version of RadMyk. There is no version paywall and nothing to renew. Buy once, and you own what comes next too.

Who gets a free trial?

+

Everyone gets a 28-day free trial - no credit card, no email. Residents in training use RadMyk free throughout their training.

What happens after the 28-day trial?

+

Nothing breaks silently. You'll be prompted to buy, and everything you set up - macros, calibration, settings - is still there when you do.

Is RadMyk really free for residents in training?

+

Completely. RadMyk is free for the entire time you're in training - verify once with proof of residency, and there's no countdown. When you qualify, the resident license winds down. Take our survey for a 30-day bridge while you arrange a full license.

Is there a plan for departments or teams?

+

Yes. The enterprise plan adds multi-device installation, access control, shared macros across the team, usage metrics, and custom features, with per-device pricing discounted for multiple devices. Contact us at support@radmyk.com for a quote.

Does my dictation leave my computer?

+

No. Transcription runs locally on your machine, so your voice and your reports stay in your reading room and the software keeps working without a network connection.

Will it fit my existing workflow?

+

If you can type into it, you can speak into it. RadMyk acts like a keyboard, so there's no PACS migration or new system to learn.

What do I need to run RadMyk?

+

On Mac, RadMyk needs an Apple Silicon machine (M1 or later) running macOS 11 or newer - it does not run on older Intel Macs. On Windows, any recent 64-bit PC works. Everything runs on your machine, so no internet connection is needed after install.
